Since yesterday continuosly withouth phone

My phone was turned off as I was speaking with my second son after I came out from court.   I went to Costco trying to put gas, but I felt overwhelm and I dialed him and I started crying as we were talking and that was it.  One of my shuttles turned off my phone.  I am not having any of my alarm clocks working.  It is insane how they are not only denying my First Amendment, but any basis human rights.  I had not been able to talk to my baby and he is being forced to say I do not want to go with you as my older son tried to take him to Pittsburgs prior to the hearing on 6/20/12.  I asked my older son because his father had a surgery and he is getting bored at home.  I saw him for a few on the sidewalk of his dad’s home.  We luckily ate using a shopping cart abandoned there as table.  Well he did not eat exactly; he got stomaches as he tried to and barely gave some bites to the hamburger and two pieces of chicken Mc Nuggets.  He is being fast, but Honors do not have basis as everyone is trying to deny their crime.

She did not found any basis.  I submitted a citizen complaint at RWCPD; I wrote to the Attorney General and the District Attorney, but not enough!

My stupid court date: None of my alarms did work this morning and I woke up about 6a.m.

Again as I went totally down and I called my second son to talk to someone, they cut my phone line and ended up talking alone.  Still not working, but paying to AT & T for no phone available when I need it.  It went quick once they called us and baby’s dad was not present.  I do believe this is the second or third time that he is the one and to be honest I feel he is the one who really decide in my baby’s issues not his biological father who yes is participating as wicked, but not exactly deciding.

The honor was a Latino woman.  I felt not because she is Latina a bit respected! Bottom none of them really care about a non-wicked child or family.  She went over the law acknowledge that the basis of my Domestic Violence did not demonstrate that my baby is in danger!  she just said: he did not provide the safety tools, but . . .  I totally disagree with her on it.  I do have a cousin, his name is Jimmy.  He did have three accidents on a skateboard and damaged his head that bad that he is under a court award!  He was very sharp and smart.  He used to speak Spanish very well even though he never went to Nicaragua.  He is native American, but he ended up a bit slow.  He is always dope and his life was destroyed that way as millions others.

Believe or not, baby’s dad back in 2005 he did helped me to install the baby’s car seat; he helped me to paint the car public accusation and he did go with me to Reno testing the car and one of the basis for his Domestic Violence approved against me was that the car was not safe as well as the car seat and you are not asking me, but one of the most expensive car seat at Costco I purchased and I did returned it because he never told me that he could not figured out the appropriate installation of it and baby was ridding with him without done so and the one he helped me to install on The El Camino Chevy was a $ 10.00 deal at a garage sale, but it was an Eddie Bower baby car seat!

I am crying again; right now just God is holding me steel.  Today, I do not know where to go or what to to stop them from playing the “dumb game” I know you had been having some problems, but today and here we are just . . .

6/20/12 The recommended Domestic Violence granted hearing at 9a.m. at RWC

The baby’s dad counsel is opposing and not agreeing on absolutely anything as usual.   He is again repeating that he moved out of my house since 2003.  The only domestic violence which ever happened between both of us was back in 2004 and I was penalized by SMPD who put me in jail and kept me out of my house not caring for my baby as he was the one who trespassed and abused us.  The DA’s Office rejected the case.  I was never found guilty in the court of law because they were afraid of me telling publicly about my discoveries.

I accused him on 4/18/05 through congress people and again 6/25/05 through SMPD and CPS.  All ignored.  This is what he is arguing in short: that he disagree and that the allegations make no sense, are rambling and incoherent, have been raised many times in the past to no avail, and are designed simple to harrass me and increase my costs and attorney fees.

He said: on 12/21/11, the court essentially declared respondent a “Family Law vexations litigant” and ordered that any further filings in this case would have to be personally reviewed by the assigned judicial officer and approved before filing or calendaring.  I was threaten as many other times on Friday at the end of May and I could not file because of it, but baby’s dad was going to take him to an old town and after all and as many other times: 2006 and the many times I had wrote publicly begging to the people of this country for help, and protection; he did not take baby to that town and told him that he couldn’t because on that town they did not let anyone to ride on the skateboard and they could take that from him, but he was going as he did back in 2006 to Mexico.  Yes, I ended up at Mills Peninsula Hospital and everyone was not able to hear my beg to apply the only exception in using the recommended PA speaker as the recommended Domestic Violence motion I was granted to file and now it is a harassment for the criminals, but he said that since respondent is thus prohibited from filing yet another in a long string of Orders to Show Cause or Notices of Motion, she has filed this Request for Domestic Violence Prevention Restraining Order as an “end around” play to once again haul me into court and sustain additional costs and attorney fees by responding and appearing in this matter. 

I prepared an Ex-Parte and it was April, the Facilitator Officer who recommended it.  I suffered throughout the weekend not having any choice and not knowing what to do since I don’t even have a choice to be represent without being discriminated or misrepresented as I had been in the past as in Belmont City case in which the “lawyer” was the one who recommended the changes in the 22-2 city code that it was just for gardeners or so.

He is respectfully requesting the court to deny this application and, under Family Code 271 et seq., to sanction me in the amount of $ 10,000.00 as he did three times in the past and believe it or not the court had granted it.  As they had always made me pay for the biggest expenses as they moved my baby from town to town as I had been reporting and requesting and investigation.  The Counselor on the 6th floor even reported baby on the only interview he ever had and father punished him because he did say he did want to come to live with me.  Help Me Please.  I am begging as I did three times on front of “Honor Jakubowski” in my knees not only to God, but to the people of this country.  I had never violated no law and I swear as of 6/17/12 my baby called on saturday 6/16/12 and asked to go get food for him; he lost weight in the last two weeks and I am sure they are doing that just to be able to get him into an accident.  He also told me that he hit his step sister’s boyfriend car many times.  I have no doubt whatsoever is done purposely because humans mind and body is a computer.  the soul’s home and witchcraft is just the knowledge of computers.

I did clarified that April the Facilitator’s Officer ckecked one box not having the real option and I told the judge that the only time in which he was violent was back in 2004 when he forced entrance to my property as I told him first on a phone called as I discovered he used my airplane tickets or miles through AA who changed his brother named on ticket for his lover.  His family harm babies private parts: “they turned red burned and crying I called him, begging him to do to me, but not to him.  I was able to help him, at Kaiser medical record you can find how well I took care of him at all times.  I grew up in Nicaragua and the youngest take care of the little ones! I again asked him to go as he came back and he was the one who pushed me in and fought to enter my home; he moved out of my property back in 2003 as he described in his divorce motion and his lawyer, the one I consulted first stop writing: denying or admitting guilt on my accusations because I used his information to show the truth and still Honor Greenberg ignored and told me he was allowed to write, answer or not.  So don’t you as I wander how they do figure the truth to give justice to the one who deserve it?  This is what I am sending to the Attorney General, the District Attorney, Redwood City Police Chief and Victim Center.  Begging for Help and protection accusing not only Bush, but Obama’s Administration to be trying to kill me because I discovered the alienation of the Constititution and our First Amendment.  My due process had been denied, but they do not have jurisdiction since I am accusing them publicly for the last seven years at least.

Honest in thought and deed in both my personal and official life.  I will be exemplary in obeying the laws of the land and the regulations of my department.

. . . To respect the Constitutional rights of all men to liberty, equality and justice.”

This is what I do believe as millions others inAmericathat believe that the Constitution of this country is the “Law of the Land.”  Several times and for years I had tried first throughout the legal system to enforce my rights and freedoms which had been alienated not only by “the law representatives” who had been discriminating, bending, altering laws and abusing authorities for the well of just wicked people as they are part of the crime organized using this country and are not representing this country or the people as a whole. 

 

Witchcraft as I discovered is the knowledge of computers as humans are one of the most advanced or closed to perfect of one.  Mind and body is just the soul’s home as written in the Holy Bible. For the best interest of this little group of people who believes they are specials or above anyone else they are using and destroying the poor and fatherless.  They are discriminating, alienating rights and freedoms and throughout their knowledge and privileged given by government they are tossing, forcing and destroying the poor to commit crimes using their mind and body to do so.  They are forcing them to prostitute, to use drugs and then they are condemning them knowing so, but in my case got worse as they could not hide their tricks and others abuses used throughout to set me up.

I wrote twice to Alberto Gonzalez, Attorney General in times of Bush’s Administration.  I filed three times a Federal Suit Cross Complaint and it was dismissed and they even hold the third package filed, as I asked for it back they retained it so you may look for it.  My name is as written and I am sure you will find them if you look for it.  You might find many errors because one of them was dismissed under a different (fourth number) just to make me believe so.  All of them were dismissed by the same “Honor” Marilyn Hall Patel who denied my forced poverty to do so because I was accusing Bush’s Administration of the September 11 among many other things.

 

Not knowing I filed through them, but they dismissed it.  Certainly, not one of government member had jurisdiction as I am accusing them not only through my many filed cases, but publicly as they in retaliation took my baby legal and physical custody to abused, raped him to intimidate me.  You tried to stop me from keep on making public the worse crime ever against humanity, done by the “Law Representatives.”  God gave us choices, but for you to be judging and representing the people, you must give them up as written above not by me, but as your Code of Ethics.

 

I am publicly denouncing your crime and you’re locked of jurisdiction.  I will list in short what many of the honors atRedwood City, South City Court of California as through the Federal Court inSan Francisco.

Court of San Francisco: Stamped my filed as an Efile to try to dismiss it, but certainly I did file physically there my case.  Honor: Marilyn Hall Patel unfiled one of the many documents I filed contesting her denial of my poor poverty.  I lost all my properties through force foreclosure on me.  I was homeless because of it.

Honor Greenberg: “Could do in her court room as she pleases.” Imposed me a TRO even though I had never been found guilty in the Court of Law!   Greenberg as Sheriff Department, CPS and SMPD participated in the raped of my child with the whole intention to set me up to go and violate the TRO not served, but documents were signed by baby’s dad friend who left two pieces of paper informing me about the Restraining Order (even though at that time, I did not have a clue of what it was!)

Honor Scott: knowing that they held me at Office Depot inSan Carlosthrough the use of witchcraft told me that it was very bad I did not have a lawyer representing me and granted1864 Cottage Grove Ave., San Mateo, CA 94401 VS 1064 Cottage Grove Ave., San Mateo, CA 94401 ( See details of case throughout files).  I appealed case, but no common sense make sense for the abuses and bending of the laws as they even altered records at the City Records: 22 pages came out of 21 I signed at title company.

Honor Weiner: Apologized because John Zanghi filed and unfiled documents and they did not list my motion filed and scheduled.  She also heard me to say many times what I am telling you now, but tried to clean one of the title companies’ abuses for the sake of their wicked members.  She authorized me to file on the spot the document that B of A was going to give me, but at the hearing she also allowed them to try to serve me their motions as I was In Pro Per representing myself not because I do know what I am doing but because I tried to hire and I called more than 200-300 and not one knew how to federal suit cross complaint my forced many issues.  I asked for the money left three times and they refused to give it to me because they tried to force me to release them:

Waiver of California Civil Code $:  The TRUSTORS understand that this a a full and final general release covering all known and unknown and unanticipated injuries, claims or damages.  EXCEPT ANY OF THE ONES ESTRELLA BENAVIES TRIED TO MAKE PUBLIC THROUGH THE CASES FILED BY HER OR AGAINST HER AT THE FEDERAL OR STATE LEVEL.  For that reason the TRUSTORS waive any and all rights or benefits which they may have under the terms of California Civil Code $1542, and the  TRUSTORS acknowledge that they have read and understand $ 1542 of the California Civil Code which states:

 

A general release do not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time  of executing the release, which if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor.

 

            Notwithstanding California Civil Code 1542, the TRUSTORS agree that this Agreement shall be a release of all claims with the exemption of the if described above in the cases mentioned above; any other whether such claims are currently known, unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, contingent or absolute, and the TRUSTORS assume full responsibility for any injuries, damages losses or liability that they may hereafter incur with the exemption established above.

Honor Quentin Kopp was the second or third judge in which my jury trial for theBelmontproperty was transferred toSouthCity.  The first one dismissed it because many cases will come out against corporation as I discovered how they set up many people to lose their saving.  He as Honor Weiner, but not exactly: he did tell to Jeffrey Chen where to go and how to submit a motion to request the dismissal of my granted jury trial.  Whatever he found on the District Attorney Office Library I was not allowed to search to oppose.  He did not comply with the court rules and not only that they again used witchcraft to under stress invaded me and forced me not to hear as the sheriff just turned my arm and break it in three places.

Endless to say, I am asking publicly for an accusation against government who DO NOT HAVE JURISDICTION TO FILE AGAINST ME OR TO HEAR MY CASES BECAUSE THEY ARE BENDING, ALTERING THE LAWS AS THEY DONE IN BELMONT CASE.

 

In regards to Redwood City Police Chief, I am informing you that on 6/5/12 I filed R12-06-0075 and a Citizen Complaint that in short said: ” I’ve been suffering discrimination.  Police had been denying protection.  Today, I am having a bruise right eye and no one ever hear my accusations or complaints.  Instead my baby legal and physical custody was taken . . . The court of RWC and CA as the Federal Court had been denying my due process as many other basis amendments rights that as citizen of this country I do have base on the law of the land.  The Constitution of the United States.” And I am begging you to see the Redwood City Police report I made of what happened not only on 6/2/12 at the corner ofWhipple/Veterans Blvd.  Many times people were chasing me and abusing me and one of them even tried to give me his phone for me to call you as he was saying they are my pals, my friends and pointed one of the police cars turning as he was doing that, but no less in another day when I yield three times “HELP, HELP, HELP.” AND THE POLICE CAR ACROSS THE STREET JUST TURNED LEFT ON WHIPPLE AND DID NOT CARE FOR MY SAFETY.

 

To Mr. Hong, I am telling you, Ms. Furtado told me she was busy and alone.  Certainly, she provided me with a lot of information on the program and the way I could appeal it, but not exactly on my case.  She did ask me to come back.  At Redwood City Police as I went for the second time on 6/5/12 to file my Citizen Complaint which is not the first one: years ago, I did in San Francisco; and I also complete the report on the incident because the report was printed by the Watch Commander who told me that the officer said that he went to the corner.  Certainly many police cars were going back and forth, but not one ever came to ask me or to assist me.  One did what was done on 6/9/12: “A police car stop near the curve where I was standing with my public accusation sign and used the speaker to tell me something; I did not understood and I asked What are you talking about? . . . He left hitting my sign with his car.  I called 9-1-1 again and I reported I felt threat.  One sergeant arrived and told me that “I called Lens Crafters” and I told them that someone did want to kill me.”  He and I verified that out of my phone no called was made to that place, but certainly I told him I was having a schedule appointment the next day because the Mexican who assaulted me hurt my right eye and I am having problems.

 

Mr. Hong denied my request which was not even filed.  Mr. Hong had a misunderstanding because I saw the clerk printing and reading a report at RWCPD station, but if anything his exact words were: “RWCPD did not filed a criminal case against my attacker and I did not meet the criteria to get a reimbursement for my glasses or the test.” TELL ME HOW I CAN FORCE THEM TO DO THEIR JOB. I AM DOING WHAT I CAN POSSIBLY CAN TO MAKE PUBLIC THEIR ABUSES, BENDING OF LAWS, ALIENATION OF THE CONSTITUTION NOT ONLY THROUGH THE POLICE, BUT EVEN THROUGH THE 100 AND LATER 107 MEMBERS OF CONGRESS AND JUST ONE TOLD ME TO REFER TO MY STATE REPRESENTATIVE WHO MANY TIMES WAS BUSY, BUT WORSE HE DID NOT CARE ABOUT THE ALIENATION OF THE CONSTITUTION, THE RIGHTS OR FREEDOMS AND HE DID NOT MAKE SURE SOME ONE WHO COULD OR SHOULD AS WE THE PEOPLE ARE THE ONES WHO PAYS YOUR BILLS.

Very hard days: A Government Lie on Broadway/Maple: Redwood City is not the best weather city as written!

For the last three weeks I will say: Redwood City is not the best weather city as sign posted between Broadway and Maple St in Redwood City.  Instead a peak hours the wind is terrible trying to put down my First amendment Public Accusation against government and monarchies using, destroying and robbing America.  I know was done with the train and traffic going by plus the 280 traffic in Belmont, right now I believe is work with the mind computer of wicked aside helped with the traffic not only on the 101 freeway as in any movie.

Since yesterday or the night before yesterday, I had been going and parking at Safeway which I put down in San Mateo.  Yesterday, the Courtesy Clerk, a Latina thought she was holding me from going to the court or to the corner of Whipple.  I thought to clean my van for quite sometime and I took advantage, but I hate what they do even against themselves not knowing or understanding the wacky ways of the only God, Eloi Yahweh not Jehovah.

I started getting upset with them as in Belmont they forced me to use their bathrooms to be denying my privacy as I was doing so and also as they put a magazine in regards Obama legal citizenship.  They show on first page a little tiny home in Kenya and a fake social security card with his name on it, but as I wrote a sign against the one trying to accuse or strike him: they cleaned up all the magazines posted and wicked stole my sign in which I said “It is ridiculous that now you are checking his citizenship and you did not do so prior he entered the White House or have access to all the America information. 

I had not seeing or talked to my baby since the week I filed my motion which I thought to make an Ex-Parte, but I was advised twice to file a Restraining Order which I modified after the facts because they did not have any relevant issue in which I could categorized the case, but April, the Second Floor Family Law facilitator did for me.  I felt uncomfortable, because my baby’s dad or me had never fought.  If he was upset for anything and happened in 10-13 years about 5 times if I recalled well.  He was going to the floor, not speaking and I was going behing begging him to go back to the bed and I was not going to bother him.  We never irrespect each other.  We never used any bad word to refer to each other or our relatives as I heard others, but yes as he did back in 2005: “He sent my baby home with my older son and told him to ask me to put Vaseline in his red back”  Aside the baby was terrified not allowing me to get his pampers or clothes off as I told several times to the court and I was always ignored. 

No less he did in 2006 after a Cuban went to my Lago property as I was painting my Red Honda and threaten me saying that: “Iif I did not stop doing so they were going to take baby to Mexico and they were going to kill him.” Out of no where as I was coming from Washington for the second time as I did in 2005. I called my son to ask him to get baby so I could see him and he said: “Joshua is going with his dad to Mexico.”  In Washington as I was driving around the Capital, a police Black woman stopped me and asked questions in regards my accusation.  Took some of the many thousands of papers I printed and told me to use a PA speaker to advertise.  She told me: ” it was no law in the use of it and it would be very helpful.”  Believe it or not prior I called my son the PA Speaker were FOR SALE as many other junks: I spent quite some money there for my children gifts which were stolen as I arrived and I was put under 51-50 in Daly City because of the used of the PA Speaker.  The place again told me it was legal and no regulations and installed it for me for $ 20.00 and I tip $ 10.00 because I felt it was great!  Crying, I used it from Las Vegas, LA and all the way here.  Until I was kicked from 101 north and sent out of the freeway and again as I did in the street near by where first I was told it was legal.  Then I was told South City has no law and I drove there and I was stopped near Kaiser.  Finally a Black Officer told me that it was too loud and under 50 Watts was ok.  a White Officer jointed us and I asked them help me to make sure I am under the 50 Watts if that is the problem and they told me that in Daly City was no law whatsoever, but again and there the Officer HEAR THE LOUD SPEAKER, BUT NEVER HEARD WHAT I WAS SAYING BECAUSE THE LAW SAID THAT THERE IS AN EXCEPTION IF LIFE IS THREATEN AND YOU FEEL IN DANGER AS MY CHILD LIFE WAS BECAUSE HIS DADDY WAS GOING TO TAKE HIM TO MEXICO AS THE CUBAN TOLD ME.  My car was towed immediately in a legal parking space for two hours about 4:00p.m. all my gifts were stolen and I ended up paying about $ 2,000.00 because at Mills Peninsula again I was not repsected: as in the Ambulance they forced treatment without a court order as I was refusing to have any.  They put me to sleep for two days and my feet were bruised and bloody and as they forced the shot the security and nurse tide me up and he did rubbed a pen in my face as I was not able to stop him and I got out for two days until my son told me why you had not call me in two days?

Yes, he did participate as he recently as I was threaten by another Mexican who goes by at Whipple saying: “He will fall this time and I have to witness the many people trying to force him to do so” and again prior to my file as I called on Saturday to arrange for Sunday visitation at BounzCity he was going to take baby to an old city as they threated me.

The court as usual, denied my concerns or ignored even written notarized testimonies against the father and denied protection for me, my baby and my family.  I was just allowed to file the motion and schedule a hearing on June 20, 2012, but baby’s dad told me baby did want to go to Modesto as he is vacation and his brother cannot provide supervision or drive the baby as he had been doing for the last year or so.  I had not been able to even talked to him.  I talked to the father two days ago when he was going to talk to him and and after I called Josie Furtado at the Victims Crime my phone was off again as usual and I could not called him.  My phone was charged all night and the alarmed went on, I woke up turned it off and I set up another for two hours.  My phone got off and out of battery charge.

At the court Honor Greenberg denied my fee waiver, I am appealing with her, but I just hope God will be in between: ” She was the one who could do anything in her  court room and imposed me a Temporary Restraining Order out of no where in 2005-8 and ignored my Transmutation Marital Agreement which put me on the street as I was not allowed to do much with it.

But as she did this time, the Federal Court did many times in 2007 and 2008 and denied the forced poverty.  I will prepared a motion even though it is not required.  You should see the Restraining Order she granted to my son as San Mateo Police denied my right on my Lago property.  I did not know where my son was living in Salinas or whatever, but she did granted the TRo against me.  Certainly she cancelled after all, but my rights were denied by Michael Haywood, Keller Williams and SMPD to stop me from writing in my Lago property.

Today, I went to the Victim Center with the referral that the RWCPD gave me as a victim of the Mexican Man who broke my glasses.  On Thursday Josie Furtado was alone and busy and just told me about the program and how many people can appeal because they are part of the Sacramento and so on and forth.  She also told me about an Officer to whom she could make arragements for me to talk to him.  I did not come on Monday because I did not have any receipts.  I came on Tuesday and today.  I called twice and never an answer or call back.  I went today and the clerk Starr told me that I should call and make an appointment and I told her.  I asked for an appointment on Thursday and she told me just to come; I had called twice and she never answer.  Would you please tell her I am here to make an appointment. 

Josie was busy; Christina was going to bring her appointment book to make one for me.  I believe it took me 30-45 minutes until I asked and finally Mr. Hong came out.  Very nusty in a green military uniform and told me that based on the documents he was having I do not qualify and they will not pay for nothing.  His exact words as I wrote them on front of him were: ” RWC Police did not filed a criminal case against my attcker and did not meet the criteria to get a reinsbursement for your glasses.” Josie talked to you and she did tell you.  I did say to him as finally he took me to the side  children room, I believe to talk to me: I have no copy of the documents which you are denying to me because they are for internal use.  I had not talked about my case exactly to Josie: she told me was busy and alone and she gave me a brief understanding of the way this work. 

He said, I do not qualify and I asked: How do you know when I had not presented my case at all?  He was very rude and negative and if this is the way a victim is help: this is discusting!  RWCPD was called not only on 6/2/12 through 9-1-1.  They never showed up even though I was told that in record the officer wrote he did come to help me or to take a report.  I know many police cars went by and one did as the one on 6/9/12 he went near the curve where I was standing and he did just left.

I am begging for help and for protection.  I had not seeing baby and I know they made him to call me to let me know they gave him $ 20.00 dollars and daddy does punish him.  He did as for the first time Kay Coddington – 6th floor Counselor interviewed him back in 2010 because he told her he does want to live with me.

Yesterday in the Daily Journal said: economy went back 18 years in Americas’ pocket and I will say no it is worse: middle class is being exterminated GDP was changed because of it even in the United States.  They are subsidizing WalMart and they do know they are killing the small business in America and they are not considering the downs in Loisiana and New Orleans with the disasters there aside the windy storms destroying the central of U. S. A. as the ones windy weather done in Redwood City lately. 

 Mind and body are computers and no better technology anyone can bring.  They are using and destroying it.  Our technology is years light advance and no human has the capacity to dream to have it.  HELP!
